About PixVerse

PixVerse is an AI video generator from a Singapore company, built around its own models, PixVerse V6, C1 and V5.6, with third-party models such as Seedance, Kling, MiniMax and Wan added on Pro and higher plans. It runs on the web, in an Android app and in PixVerse Lite on iOS; developers can buy PixVerse's own models through a separately billed API, and a command-line tool runs on the same account and credits as the web plans.

Read the full profile

It suits creators who make many short clips, because paid plans pair a monthly credit allowance with daily credits and, from Pro up, Off-Peak discounts on PixVerse's own models, which reach free generations on Ultra.

The main caveat is that a clip's cost depends on the model, resolution, length and audio, and PixVerse's help center sends you to the prompt box for the exact number before you generate.

Output from the free Basic plan carries a watermark and is not for commercial use. The iOS app lists its own Elite Plan, whose contents the listing does not state, and API usage is billed in separate credits from any app subscription.

Best for
  • Creators who post many short AI clips and want daily credits on top of a monthly allowance
  • Heavy users of PixVerse's own models who can run their work in Off-Peak Mode on Pro, Premium or Ultra
  • Developers who want per-second API pricing for PixVerse V6 or C1, billed apart from an app subscription

FAQ

Common questions

Is PixVerse free?

Yes, on the Basic plan: 60 credits once, which PixVerse calls about 3 videos, plus 30 daily credits that expire at the end of each UTC day. Basic is limited to 540P, 2 generations at once and output with a watermark, and PixVerse says content made with free services may not be used commercially.

How many credits does a PixVerse video cost?

On November 3, 2026, signed out, the web app showed 25 credits for a 5-second PixVerse V6 clip with audio at 360P, 38 at 540P, 50 at 720P and 100 at 1080P, and 160 for a 10-second 1080P clip without audio. The model, resolution, length and audio set the price, the prompt box shows the exact number before you generate, and failed generations are refunded.

Do PixVerse credits roll over?

No. Membership credits refresh every 30 days from your subscription start and unused ones expire at the next cycle, and daily credits expire at the end of each UTC day. Bonus credits and purchased credit packs never expire.

What does PixVerse Off-Peak Mode save?

On PixVerse's own models only, Off-Peak Mode cuts the credit cost by 30% on Pro, 50% on Premium and 100% on Ultra and Team Ultra, which the Ultra card calls unlimited free generations with Off-Peak Mode. Standard and Basic do not get it, and it does not apply to third-party models, which get only the per-model discounts listed on Pro and higher plans.

Can I use PixVerse videos commercially?

Only content made with paid services, a plan or a credit pack. PixVerse's terms limit commercial use to content from PixVerse's own models, output from third-party models such as Seedance or Kling follows those platforms' rules, and API output falls under PixVerse's separate Platform terms.

Does PixVerse generate 4K video?

Not natively from PixVerse's own models. Pro and higher plans list up to 4K, but the V6 guide and the web selector put PixVerse V6, C1 and V5.6 at 1080p, the store listings tie 4K to an upscaling tool, and PixVerse's AI information page says "up to 4K" is not proof that every model generates native 4K video.

How much does the PixVerse API cost?

About $0.022 to $0.102 per generated second for PixVerse V6, from 360p to 1080p: 5 to 18 API credits a second without audio and 7 to 23 with audio, at 225 credits to the dollar. The API is sold separately at platform.pixverse.ai, and its credits are kept apart from app subscriptions.

Can I buy extra PixVerse credits?

Yes. Packs cost $5 for 500 credits, $20 for 2,000, $50 for 5,000 and $100 for 10,000, with 10% to 50% more on Standard through Ultra; they never expire and are non-refundable. PixVerse's help center says only subscribers can buy them, while the pricing page shows no such condition.
