invideo AI Credits Explained: Cost per Video and What Each Plan Buys

The counts are invideo's own, from the comparison table on its pricing page, for three credit allowances. Plus (2,000 credits) and Max (8,000) sit in proportion.

The video table in invideo's help center gives each model's full range, from 6.10 credits for Seedance 2.5's cheapest setting at its shortest length to 1,962 for its most expensive at the longest, and the app shows the exact price before you confirm. Editing on the timeline and exporting cost nothing; Agent Two's work, generation, transcripts and paid stock use credits.

Annual Plus, Max 2x and Max 3x tie at $1.50 per 100 credits

Billed annually, Plus, Max 2x and Max 3x all come to $1.50 per 100 credits, while Plus 2x and base Max get no annual discount, which leaves annual Max at more than twice the per-credit price of annual Max 2x for 2,000 fewer credits. The page labels the Max tiers "Lowest cost per credit", but at these prices base Max costs more per credit than Plus. Max 2x and Max 3x also show a lower first month on monthly billing, $265 and $373, renewing at $300 and $450. invideo's help center lists every annual price at 12 times the monthly one instead, so check the total at checkout.

Plan credits reset monthly; extra credits last up to 12 months

Plan credits reset every month on the day and time you subscribed, on annual plans too, and unused ones are lost. On an upgrade, invideo's pricing FAQ says unused credits roll into the new plan, while its help center says the allowance rises to the new plan's limit with credits already used counted against it. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; the help center moves a downgrade to the lower plan and a cancellation to Free, and the old plan's remaining credits expire, extra credits included.

Extra credits start at $5, and the purchase screen shows how many credits you get before you pay; invideo publishes no fixed price per credit. Its extra-credits page says they last 12 months and work only on a paid plan, but other invideo pages say they end when your plan ends.

Every seat draws its own credits

Credits are per seat: each member on Starter, Plus or Max gets the plan's monthly credits, with up to 5 seats on Starter, 10 on Plus and 20 on Max. Plus adds 10 guest seats and Max 20, each with 190 credits at no charge. Team and Scale start at 5 seats, with 1,600 and 4,000 credits a seat.

invideo's docs say every plan includes invideo MCP and the invideo CLI, which spend the same credits for generation, transcripts and paid stock. Editing and exporting through an outside agent such as Claude stays free, while that agent's own chat runs on its own plan.
