Gumloop

Gumloop is a no-code platform for building AI agents that use connected apps, data, models, and custom tools. You describe the work, the agent chooses which tools to call, and approval settings decide which actions need a person first. Visual Workflows remain available but are listed as Legacy on Gumloop's pricing page.

Gumloop's pricing page lists Workflows under "Legacy," with five concurrent workflow runs on Pro. Its current Credits documentation describes billing for agent runs only, so check a workflow's actual run breakdown before budgeting workflow-heavy automation.

No current renewing free plan is offered. Every new account starts with a one-time 14-day Pro trial that requires a card and becomes a paid subscription unless it is canceled before the trial ends. Legacy free accounts keep only their remaining balance without monthly renewal.

One credit has a $0.005 list value. Each agent run bills model tokens, compute, and paid tool calls at the provider's list price (paid tool calls carry a 1-credit base per call), plus an 8% orchestration fee on that total, so credits do not translate into a fixed number of tasks or operations.

Gumloop publishes no separate developer API tariff. Personal and team API keys are available on Pro and above, and REST API or SDK-triggered agents and workflows use the same organization credit pool and organization-wide concurrency limits as work started in the app.

On Pro and above, supported BYOK model calls cost zero Gumloop credits and the provider bills the key owner directly. Tool calls and compute still cost credits, and the orchestration fee rises from 8% to 16% of what the run would have cost; bringing your own key for MCP tool calls reduces each call to a minimum of 1 credit. Gumloop's chat completions API instead gives BYOK users a 50% discount, so budget that surface separately.

Enterprise uses custom pricing and credit allocations, rolls unused credits over, allows a negotiated orchestration rate, and queues work instead of rejecting it, with 100 concurrent agent interactions by default (customizable). It adds sales-assisted governance such as VPC deployment options, identity provisioning, custom roles, audit logs, model controls, data exports, and organization-wide app policies.
