Unused monthly credits reset
Monthly plan credits do not roll over, on yearly plans too; on cancellation the remaining monthly credits go to zero at the end of the cycle.
Daily credits work only on Manus 2.0 Lite
The 300 daily credits on every plan can be spent only on Manus 2.0 Lite; Manus 2.0 and 2.0 Max use monthly credits.
Add-on credits need the top tier or a team

Manus has one paid individual plan, and its price is a credit count: every tier from $20 for 4,000 credits to $200 for 40,000 works out to the same $5 per 1,000 credits. Buying more only gets cheaper above 40,000 credits, and the 480,000-credit tier at $2,000 a month comes to about $4.17 per 1,000. Billing yearly is the larger saving at the low end, about $4.25 per 1,000 on the 4,000 and 8,000-credit tiers.
What a task costs at $5 per 1,000 credits
Manus publishes three example tasks with their credit use. At the monthly Pro rate they come to:

Read the last column as a guide, not a quote: credits pay for model tokens, the virtual machine and any third-party APIs a task calls, so a similar request can cost more or less. On that scale, 4,000 credits is about 20 tasks the size of the first example, or four the size of the last; Manus credits explained covers how balances reset and when credits are refunded.
The 300 credits every plan adds each day are separate from this arithmetic. They can be spent only on Manus 2.0 Lite, so they help with quick tasks on the lighter model but not with work on Manus 2.0 or 2.0 Max. On the free plan they are the whole allowance (is Manus free?).
When Team is the better buy
A Team seat costs the same $20 a month as the base Pro tier and carries the same 4,000 credits, but the credits go into one pool for the whole team, so a heavy user can draw on a quiet colleague's share. At $200 a seat billed yearly the rate is about $4.17 per 1,000 credits, the same as the 480,000-credit individual tier. The seat calculator does not go below two seats. Team owners can also buy add-on credits, which individuals can do only on the highest monthly tier.
Basic and Plus are now Pro
Manus has renamed its earlier Basic and Plus plans to Pro. Members who signed up under the old names keep renewing at their old prices and can move to a current tier. The iOS app still lists Manus Basic at $19 and Manus Plus at $39 a month alongside the Pro tiers, so check which plan you are buying there.

Does Manus still sell Basic and Plus?
Not on the web. Manus renamed both to Pro, and existing members keep renewing at their old prices. The iOS app still lists Basic at $19 and Plus at $39.
Can I buy extra Manus credits?
Individual add-on credits are for users on the highest monthly-credit tier, and Team owners can buy them for a team. They stay usable only while a paid plan is active. Manus's website does not list their price.
