Is Manus Free? What the Free Plan's 300 Daily Credits Cover

300 credits is one or two small tasks

Manus's own examples show how far a day's credits go: a 15-minute chart used 200 credits and a 25-minute web page 360, while an 80-minute web app used 900. On the free plan that means one short task a day, two if they are small, and nothing the size of the web app. Manus does not say which model ran them, so the same request on Manus 2.0 Lite may use a different amount; Manus credits explained has the details.

Daily credits do not build up. Whatever is left at midnight UTC is gone, and the day's 300 arrive when you next log in. Once a free account has used 1,500 daily credits in a month, it cannot use more until the next month.

What Manus Free leaves out

• Manus 2.0 and Manus 2.0 Max in Agent Mode; free accounts get Manus 2.0 Lite there.
• More than one task running at once, and more than two scheduled automations.
• Add-on credits, which work only with a paid plan.

The first paid step: $20 for 4,000 credits

Pro starts at $20 a month, or $17 a month billed yearly, for 4,000 credits a month on Manus 2.0, 2.0 Max and 2.0 Lite. It keeps the 300 daily credits for Lite on top, with no monthly cap on them, and raises the limits to 20 concurrent and 20 scheduled tasks. Manus's help center also lists a 7-day free trial on the tier that starts at $40 a month for 8,000 credits; the pricing page does not show the trial, so confirm it at checkout.

Cue, Manus's app for personal agents, is a separate free route for now: it is free during early access but needs an invite code.
